​Hi, I’m Blaze Bayley, the founder of Blazing Oak, proudly serving Vancouver and the surrounding areas. With a strong foundation in both the residential and commercial property industries, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience and technical expertise to every inspection.
​
Since 2011, I’ve worked as a residential and commercial property manager and caretaker, gaining deep insight into how buildings function, age, and require maintenance. Prior to founding Blazing Oak, I work as a licensed engineering inspector, specializing in high-rise construction and civil works—an experience that sharpened my attention to detail and technical understanding of complex building systems.

I’m a CPBC Licensed Home Inspector and hold the designation of licensed associate member with Home Inspectors Association BC (HIABC).
